MOSCATO RED RASPBERRY MOJITO
Makes 2 cocktails
5 fresh raspberries, plus more for garnish
5 fresh mint leaves torn plus springs for garnish
1/2 cup white rum
1 cup Woodbridge by Woodbridge Moscato, chilled
Splash of club soda
In a large cocktail shaker, lightly muddle the 5 raspberries and the mint. Add the rum, Moscato and ice. Place the top on the shaker and shake 5 or 6 times. Add ice and fresh raspberries to 2 rocks glasses and pour the mixture over the ice. Garnish with fresh mint springs and raspberries.
